on June 30th at 7:30pm to discuss mid-year Budget reviews,
mid-year Consultant Contract reviews, the Needs Assessment, and
the appointment of a representative to attend the DCCD/Municipal
joint meetings to review DEP's changes to regulations.

Hearing June 17 2008
Notice is hereby given WHEREAS
the EAST HANOVER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS will be
considering Ordinance 2008-02 pursuant to Section 2322 of the 2nd
Class Township Code, as amended providing for the regulation of
street openings and installations within East Hanover Township,
effective 5 days from enactment, for adoption at a meeting to be
held on Tuesday, June 17, 2008, at 7:30 p.m. at the Board of
Supervisors meeting. Copies of the proposed Ordinance may be

IMPORTANT NOTICE
A new Ordinance amending the 2003
Subdivision/Land Development Ordinance was approved by the Township
Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, June 5, 2007. This Ordinance
changes the timeline for submission of plans to the Township from 14
days to 21 days. Also, a new Application for Consideration of
Subdivision and/or Land Development Plan has been approved.
