On-Lot Disposal System
(OLDS) Management Program
On November 4, 1998 the Board of Supervisors adopted
Ordinance 98-6 which established an On-Lot Disposal
System. The Township has been divided into three (3) separate OLDS
districts.
District #1 – Bounded on the north by I81, on the
east by the county line, on the south by the
township line, and on the west by Sand Beach
Road and Shell’s Church Road.
District #2 – Bounded on the north by the township
line, on the east by the county line, on the south by
I81, and on the west by the township line.
District #3 – Bounded on the north by I81, on the
east by Sand Beach Road and Shell’s Church
Road, on the south by the township line and on the
west by the township line.

All of the licensed haulers and/or pumpers have the form which
needs to be completed and most will submit the correct copy to the
Township office. Check with your hauler and/or pumper to make certain this is done.
If it is not done, it is your responsibility to send a copy to the
Township office. If you are not certain when your next maintenance
should be done please contact the Township office at 469-0833. |
