Subdivision plans and residential land development plans:

$100.00 base fee    $ 50.00 per lot or unit

In addition to the Township fee, a fee will be charged by the Dauphin County

Planning Commission – per fee schedule

All Engineer fees will be paid for by the Applicant

Land development plans: 

$200.00 for the first acre or fraction

$100.00 for each additional acre or fraction

Stormwater management fees permits:  Major land disturbance   $500.00

                                                                 Minor land disturbance   $100.00

Recreation fee-in-lieu of land for new dwelling units and/or lots to be used for residential purposes:           

$1,040.00 per new unit or lot

Reviewing engineer fees:  As per fee schedule

Sewage enforcement officer fees:  As per fee schedule

Perc & Probe:       Administration fee               $50.00

Annual Mobile Home Park permits:

Building rentals:    

The Community Room at the Township building is available for rent to Residents and Non-Residents of East Hanover Township.  Reservations are required and can be made by calling the Township office at (717) 469-7655.  It is advisable to reserve the building early since it is heavily used.

Rental fees are between $60 & $500 for a four (4) hour time period, depending upon the event and the number of persons attending the event.  Additional hours can be purchased beyond the 4 hour base rental period.  The pricing for additional hours also depends on the number of persons attending.  Early set up of the room and tear down time for a rental is considered part of the rental time.

A security deposit is required for both residents and non-residents.
