Subdivision plans and residential
land development plans:
$100.00 base fee $50.00 per lot or unit
in addition to the Township
fee, a fee will be charged by the Dauphin County
Planning Commission
$122.50 base fee plus
$3.00 per lot
All Zoning and Engineer fees will be
paid for by the Applicant
Land development plans:

A security deposit of $100.00
is required for each rental. It will be returned after a
satisfactory inspection of the premises after the event and/or the
return of the key. The fee and the security deposit will be
doubled for non-residents.
There is a standard fee of
$60.00 for the use of the building by churches and for funeral
receptions. No security deposit is required.
Pavilion rentals:
